Comprising twelve four-hour sessions spanning a period of time.
This format exposes participants to new knowledge that is phased for optimum assimilation over time. The practical and ongoing development of new skills, along with the on the job application and learning, makes training a process not an event.
Participants actively reflect and learn from their real life experiences with their new knowledge, skills and professional expertise.
